The Novelist is O.H.S.O Brewery's new craft beer, specialty cocktail, and upscale kitchen located in the back of the brewery's Downtown Gilbert location. The name Novelist and overall booked themed concept stem from one of the owners' daughters love of reading. Inside this trendy destination, you'll find an upbeat contemporary setting with beautiful chandeliers, crimson leather seats, and pop art on the walls depicting female authors such as Rowling and Brontë. Happy Hour starts at 4pm when they open and ends at 6pm. Small plates such as Deviled Eggs, Ceviche, Braised Pork Nachos and Garlic Shrimp will set you back $7. A variety of specialty cocktails with book themed names like Gone Girl and Moby Dick showcasing O.H.S.O's distilled liquors are available for Happy Hour also for $7.
